Deily & Company PC is a team of Certified Public Accountants, accountants and tax professionals, offering a wide range of services to individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, and nonprofit organizations. This team includes dedicated individuals, all of whom have had significant experience with tax, business and non-profit issues.

Formed from the surviving office of Davidson, Deily & Company in 2016, after the withdrawal of partner Dan Davidson, the firm was established to continue our desire to make a significant contribution to the success of our clients, whether for profit or nonprofit.

The firm was originally founded in Claremont, CA in 1978; merged into Davidson, Deily & Company in 1997; and continues as Deily & Company PC. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality accounting services, tax strategies, and financial consulting to our clients.

Meet Our Team

We serve our client organizations through the leadership of the following individuals:

MARK E. DEILY has been engaged in the Public Accounting profession since 1972 - first as a partner in the firm of Lindsay and Nesbit, then establishing his own CPA practice in 1978.  Mark has had broad experience in directing audit, accounting, tax and consulting engagements.

His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Not for Profit Section) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Mark is a CPA licensed in California and has BA in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton.

JANET L. ALLEN has been with Deily & Company PC and its predecessor firms for ten years.  Janet specializes in managing audit and assurance engagements for both nonprofit and for profit organizations. She is also experienced in personal, corporate and not-for-profit tax issues and compliance.

Janet’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a CPA licensed in California and has a BS from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.

AARON A. DEILY has been with Deily & Company PC and its predecessor firms since 1998.   He is responsible for supervising church audits, and for profit reporting and compliance engagements.  He is also experienced in personal, corporate and not-for-profit tax issues and compliance

Aaron has a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and  a BS in accounting from the University of Phoenix.
